Joseph co-founded teamCST in 2018 and brings in over 30 years of industry experience. Joe is also president of our sister company – teamCSS which is a labor ready service company. Since 2015, Joe is has been a licensed instructor specializing in courses such as OSHA 30, Site Safety Supervisor (32 Hours), Scaffolding, Pedestrian/Traffic management, OSHA Silica and Respiratory Safety. Joe has experience teaching for Rikers Island, MSG and Production Facilities. Joe speaks three languages; English, Italian and Spanish.

Juan Cardenas

Senior Instructor

Juan joined teamCST in 2020 and is an experienced construction and management professional with over 10 years of experience in the fields of site management, field operations management and construction projects management. Juan holds his NYC Construction Superintendent License. As an instructor, Juan is certified in many safety courses such as; OSHA, Safety manager, Hazards associated with Cranes, Derricks and Hoisting, Pedestrian/Traffic Management and Rigging. Juan speaks two languages; Spanish and English.
