Course Description: This course is a requirement for an individual to maintain his/her designation as a Supported Scaffold Installer & Remover in NYC. In this course, we will cover topics such as; general overview of scaffolding, OSHA 1926 review, NYC Construction Codes Overview, DOB Overview, general principles of fall protection, PPE & Fall arrest system. Students will also cover the necessary safety checklist items from Pre-Start, Erection & Dismantling.
