ATTENDANCE

• Successful completion of a course requires full attendance, and is based on instructors’s discretion

• Each course has limited seating and students will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Once capacity is reached, those remaining will receive a voucher for the next session.

course fees

• Fees are due in full on the day of the course and includes cost of training and all handouts and manuals distributed during the course.

• Accepted payments:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (AMEX, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, VISA)

  • Checks

  • Money Orders

  • Cash

WHAT TO BRING

• Valid photo ID that contains both student’s picture and full legal name

  • e.g. driver’s license, state ID, passport, Green Card, work/school ID,

• Writing and note-taking materials

  • e.g. notepads, paper, #2 pencils

EXAM POLICY

• Exams are to be taken individually.

• If you need any special accommodations, please notify staff during registration.

• The minimum passing grade is 70%.

  • Those who do not pass are eligible for a discounted retake of the course.
